Good Sam's Gets New Administrator

 

Ryan Mertz has been named the new administrator for Good Samaritan Village in Socorro. Mertz said he has been working with retirement centers for most of his life. “I’ve always loved working with seniors,” Mertz said. “I love hearing about their lives and stories of their experiences. It helps me be a better person.” Mertz, who replaces current administrator Ruth Leitel,  comes to Socorro from South Dakota, although he has lived and worked in Las Vegas, New Mex.
